The Owners:

Brandon Morales, with over 18 years of experience in finance and business operations, specializes in financial analysis, accounting, operations, KPI metrics, strategic planning, report modeling, providing audit paperwork, and business consulting. A graduate of Cal State Long Beach, he brings a unique perspective to problem-solving, approaching business challenges from innovative angles. Through his experience working with both small businesses and Fortune 100 companies, he recognized that small companies often face decision-making challenges similar to those of multi-million-dollar corporations.

 

As a seasoned advisor with over a decade in tax strategy, bookkeeping, and financial operations, Brandon has help several small to mid-sized businesses including high net worth individuals.  Throughout his career, Brandon has guided clients through complex compliance requirements while designing financial systems that improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. His expertise spans tax planning and preparation, cash flow optimization, and building accounting processes that support long-term business health. His ability to translate financial data into clear insights has made him a trusted partner for entrepreneurs and executives seeking both day-to-day stability and forward-looking financial guidance. After eight years of working in corporate finance and six running a transportation company, Brandon saw a major gap in the industry: most firms offer some services — CFO, bookkeeping, or tax — but rarely all three under one roof. This forces business owners to juggle multiple providers, leading to miscommunication, fragmented data, and missed opportunities.
